Once your order is completed with payment, accurate customer contact information, and shipping details, your order will begin processing. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of the original shipment date.

This does not include Saturdays through Mondays, holidays, and periods when the administrative office is closed due to events.

All domestic and international orders are shipped via logistics transport, priority service, and standard international service.

Express service takes approximately 1-3 business days, and standard shipping service takes approximately 7-15 business days.

For remote areas (including remote regions), express service takes approximately 1-6 days, and standard shipping service takes approximately 30 days.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address and email contact information. Tracking numbers will be sent via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Please make sure to closely monitor the progress of your package.

Once the courier delivers the package to the delivery address, even if the package is left on your porch or in the public hallway outside your apartment door, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for any packages stolen after delivery.
