Our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from this site, please contact us via the Contact Us page or the information below for a replacement and refund within 30 days of shipment.

Please provide your name, order number, returned items, return quantity and reason for return.

We will respond to the email with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item to us.

Items that are not returnable:

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)

Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.

Any merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

Promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email info@teasmaster.com and we will respond with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value.

The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later,

We will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be aware of your return.

Shipping

To return a product you should contact us before posting and we will provide you with the full address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping high-value items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
